UPDATE:Commenters Montreal Simon and Charles have a point. I should have read the original story in French. Péladeau was named only as the person who had the most impact on the Quebec economy, which is not necessarily an encomium—as Simon notes, the runner-up was Ponzi fraudster Earl Jones!
