Spammers. The only time I have ever found myself in touch with my eliminationist side.

B*stards have figured out how to evade CAPTCHA, as of last night. Sixty messages today.

What I can’t figure out is why people do this. Most of the messages are completely unreadable. I can only conclude that spammers are motivated by pure existential evil.

Script kiddies can be tracked down and reformed. Some end up doing useful work as so-called “white hat hackers.” But spammers are beyond redemption. There is surely only one thing to do with them.
